Focused service area

Workflow automation

Assess repetitive work and develop a small, agreed workflow where the required tools, permissions and integrations support it.

The starting point

Repeated copying, organising enquiries or preparing a routine follow-up may be suitable for a focused workflow. We first check whether automation is necessary and feasible.

A limited first scope

One repeatable process with clear inputs, outputs, rules and an approval point. A small pilot can help identify exceptions before deciding on the next step.

What we need

A description of the process, supported system access, appropriate permissions and a person who owns the workflow. API availability, limits and third-party costs are checked before scope is agreed.

What is outside the starting scope

Compatibility with every business system, guaranteed savings, unlimited support and autonomous high-impact actions are not promised.

Your responsibilities

Confirm the rules, review exception handling and approvals, and agree operational ownership. Delivery dates, integrations and ongoing support are confirmed in the proposal.

Discuss the next step

Tell us about your task and current tools. We’ll review technical fit and availability before proposing a scope. An enquiry is not automatic project acceptance.
